How to Register
Step 1: Click the link below and complete the application.
Step 2: Wait for an email from 2824army@cadets.gc.ca to confirm your enrollment.
Step 3: Starting September 14, 2026, bring your cadet's proof of residency and health insurance to 180 Derry Rd E at 18:30 hrs on a Monday to complete the application process.
Please note that due to facility limitations, 2824 Army operates near or at capacity. As such, when you apply, you may be placed on the wait list. The status of the unit is updated regularly on Canada.ca at the link below.

What's Next?
When your application is approved you will receive a confirmation email. At this point you can attend the training location (i.e. Company Headquarters) assigned to you based on where you live. The Company staff will provide orientation and directions for obtaining a uniform and on upcoming events. Lastly, all cadets are issued a Microsoft365 email account within 2-4 weeks of registration. This account grants access to many resources and internal communication tools and is called Cadet365. Learn about Cadet365 here.
