Training is conducted weekly on Monday evenings at three locations across Mississauga. The training year begins in September and ends in June. Weekly training has a blend of content, taught by senior cadets and officer staff, preparing cadets for weekend and summer training. Specialty teams regularly practice throughout the week and include air-rifle marksmanship, drill, military band, and  more!
